Advice for newbie

Hi! I’m new this community, and I wanted to ask for any advice about how to get involved and where to start? I was hoping to start doing research before I set out to buy my first model. I see there are collectors guides from ~2007 that might be helpful.

Can you recommend any books or blogs that would help me understand the world of Breyers, get familiar with different models and molds, and figure out how I might want to get started? Thanks!! :)
