How do you stop yourself from checking what theyre doing?

I know it's over, it's better for it to be over. But I still find myself checking what he is upto multiple times a day. Just to try to get an idea of what he might be doing. I go out of my way to do this. How do I stop? Does anyone have any advice or tips on what to do when I feel the urge to check what he is doing?
