Never refund a brawlpass

I never knew they actually have this on their support page, and it explains why they take that many gems from you if you refund it. Hell nah, I‘d rather lose 12€ instead of gems worth 360€. But at least we now know that it‘s no issue to be fixed, it‘s a clearly written condition written by themselves.
