People trolling at legendary 1?

Anybody else have what looks like almost deliberate throw picks from teammates at legendary one? I was in mythic last season and the picks were never this bad - the ones in the screenshots below look like deliberate throws?? I was happy to get to legendary last season because a majority of the time my randoms have some idea of how to draft but so confused why someone would do this if they’re one rank away from masters? Surely this is the rank where people want to try the hardest?
