Proof Bowers and Wilkins doesn't take ownership of the Pi8's issues nor do they listen to you.

This is the 10th email from the customer service department that I have been given all the proof that they need that I have the product, brought it from the authorized dealer, and have been given a perfect explanation of the Battery discharge issues and done every reboot and deletion and reinstall of everything and all they want to do is keep sending you questions and telling me to do the same thing over and over in different ways instead of owning up to what they owe the people that spent $400 on their products. They don't take ownership, don't bother reading anything, and don't care that my product is not operating to the standards that it should. All they want you to do is give up and accept their flawed product. It's pathetic and inexcusable. They want to try and tie the problem into you not putting the earphones back into the case and still being connected to your phone or anything else they can tie into your action to avoid having to send you an exchange unit. At this point, I'm seriously doubtful that this will even be fixed with the new unit.
