Need help with food bowls

Hi Everyone! So my boston, Roo, has been eating too quick lately and choking. She is monitored every meal for this reason. We keep getting new bowls and they work for a bit before she's figured out how to position the food to eat faster. She has a really flat face and it's hard to find a slow feeder that works. Any advice would be awesome! Picture tax included
