My turn! $144k mixed consolidation loans gone.

Edfi. Loans for three schools, two of which were part of SvC. Third loan for law school. All consolidated in 2017.

Thank you to this sub. Thank you to everyone who read my rants at one point. Thank you to all the other long suffering class members who thought they fell through the cracks too.. if your day hasn't come yet, I am now assured your day is coming too.

While my loans were around since the 90s, I will only get a small refund ($2500) for payment made after direct consolidation. Even though I won't see the tens of thousands I paid prior to 2017 .. who cares!!! $144k in debt is no longer associated to my name.

I never thought I'd see this day! The sword of Damocles is finally gone!
