Help Finding Gamer Izuku Fic

Hello, I'm looking for a fanfic I'm sorry but I don't remember the site but I do remember the basic plot:

where humans don't have quirks but mice do until humans find a way to extract the quirks from them and give them to humans so people when they turn 4 go to a lab to buy the type of quirk they want each quirk is ranked in the usual S, A, B, C, D, E, F with S costing millions to buy I think and so izuku only having enough for an E rank quirk requests two F rank quirks merged into an E rank for him which gives him a gamer quirk then he helps Katsuki do the same it had around 3 chapters when I first saw it nearly 4 years ago when I remembered it today and wanted to read it again.
