Bluesky Moderation just absolutely ignores everything I send them

A misogynist has made 20+ profiles in a short space of time using my name and my pics, I've reported every single one multiple times and Bluesky has done absolutely nothing. Honestly I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I understand it takes time to moderate, it's a big job but it now feels unsafe for me as a woman to be on Bluesky which is the worst feeling in the world given what Bluesky is supposed to be. It's been months since I made the first report. It feels like if you're a popular "big" account they'll moderate for you immediately but if you're a small/normal person you're f*cked.

Edit: I'm going to email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and see if that works. Previously used their moderation form, not the built-in app one but the form with a specific webpage.

Edit Edit: They got back to me almost immediately when I emailed [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and the accounts are seemingly gone for now. I am incredibly grateful, like I said I know it takes time and I get that modding that big a crowd is a big task but I stand by initial disappointment and frustration only now I can add relief, gratefulness and thanks to those too. If you are having an issue with moderation and it's a serious case then I recommend emailing them directly about it with evidence if you can. I will be hoping for a better, more fair system of moderation from Bluesky for the future that doesn't let some slip through the cracks.

Edit Edit Edit: For the hard-core Bluesky fans who think Bluesky can do no wrong: when and why did your empathy leave your body? There is history of people telling women to "just relax" when misogyny affects them. If a system is working for you but not working for someone else then that system is not working full stop. We apply this to all sorts of systems IRL that frustrate us within capitalism so why the hell would you not apply this here. I am a fan of Bluesky and what it stands for but I'm not going to stand back and say it's infallible - if anything, pointing out areas where it can be improved only help and contribute to make it a better, safer and a more inclusive space for everyone. If you own a large platform that attracts a lot of people you have a responsibility to make sure those people are safe within that community. No matter how much good you're doing my standards reflect my ideals in every way. I will praise you when you do good but I will also point out when you do bad. Bluesky's moderation team could use some help and should be invested in, this is my way of letting Bluesky know that. If some fall through the cracks then it's not working, even if it works for you.
