Qs about converting organization handle to custom domain

Kind people,

I have a personal Bluesky account and added one for the organization I work for. I want to change the organization handle to a custom domain and have found instructions for that, but before I do:

If I change the handle, to I have to somehow redirect current followers to the new one, or does Bluesky do that automatically?

Is it possible to have multiple logins for the organization account, or does every user have to have the same one? Right now, it's linked to my work email, but I would change that or add new as needed.
