Holding or selling?

Brought a 1/4 of a bitcoin 4-5 years ago. Looking at my profits and thinking should I cash in but then thinking how much further can this go? I read a lot of the projections but seriously how far can this go? Isit like a piece of string What are your predictions? Should I cash in and wait for a drop and go again or should I hold untill I need the money?
