So trying to send my DCA btc to my hardware wallet and the fees are insane what is going ?

So trying to send my £110 of btc I DCA every other day to my hardware wallet and the normally fees are like £8 now it’s saying nearly £40 as fees. What is going on and how much would it cost to send 1 btc now ??
