Hum Feeder Duo Battery Draining Fast, Charging super slow

Does anyone who has a hum feeder duo know if it drains its battery quite fast and charges super slow? I have other birdfy feeders in my yard and they are able to charge up and hold that charge throughout each night. However, I recently got a hum feeder duo that drains like 5% an hour and doesn't even charge on solar (despite showing its charging). Did I get a defective hum feeder duo?
