I’ve had my feeder out since Christmas and ZERO birds yet.. please help!

I figured it would take a day or 2 for visitors to start coming, but have had nothing and it’s been over a week- my neighbor has 2 feeders in his yard not even 200ft away from here and they are ALWAYS swarmed, which is exactly why I thought getting the Birdfy would be a great idea!

Any tips/tricks?! I’ve included pics of my setup, this wasn’t my original plan to have it here, but I don’t want to drill into the siding or any part of the house etc. I planned on mounting it to a pole at first, a bit further away from the house, but all the bird feeder poles I’ve tried have been too skinny for the clamps and/or strap the feeder came with to secure it to. Mounting to a tree isn’t an option either, unfortunately.

Am I not getting birds because it’s so close to the house or too low to the ground? My neighbor has his bird feeders off his deck like this and he doesn’t have the same issue, so I’m truly not sure what I’m doing wrong! Open to any and all suggestions you may have found helpful!!
