Doubt- On Hotstar voting - Are bots possible??

I happened to watch Moopanz vlog video( first and last time ever to watch his video .😄😄).. he claims they (as in Hafiz and team) are manipulating votes through bots favouring Arjun to be winner over Jinto.. any iota of truth in this matter??
