Should I buy a PhoenixWing starter set or the HellsChain deck set?

I currently have the start dash set (which come with the string launcher, grip and DranSword 3-60F), HellsScythe 4-60T, WizardArrow 4-80B and wil get (if amazon doesn't return my delayed package) LeonClaw 5-60P.

I'm wondering what purchase do you guys think would be best for me. The HellsChain set; which comes with 5-60HT, WizardArrow 4-80N and KnightLance 3-60LF; or the PhoenixWing starter set which comes with 9-60GF and a string launcher.

Which purchase do you think will be best for my competitive combo building; the deck set with multiple often used parts (some of which I don't currently have like KnighLance, LF and N) or the starter deck with the most used and successful blade with a second string launcher? Would it be useful to have two WizardArrows, 3-60s and 4-80s? Or is PhoenixWing so good I should get it over the other three beys?

PhoenixWing is cheaper but not by a lot.

Also; which do you think should be my next purchase after these two considering I'll probably later get the product you don't suggest I pick at this moment.
