Return after 15 days

I bought a PS5 28 days ago but never touched. The package is still unopened. I brought it back to the store today to return but they allowed only store credits.

I can understand how it could be applied for most lightly used products but mine is still a unopened box! Very disappointed.

On the personal level I will stay away from BestBuy from now on with this disappointment. There are many other retailers to buy stuffs from with better return policy for unopened products.
