Screen telling me customer has legacy card when I know they don't.
Has anyone else noticed a vast increase in screen messages saying a customer's legacy membership has expired? What's strange about it is it's doing it for customers that I know have never had a legacy card. I have one that I have known for years who only has a rewards card and it told me this. Is this another idiotic corporate bullshit plot to get us to try to offer premium? I should add that I have had customers tell me they have never had a legacy card.
