How Long Until I Get Sued

Hi all. I decided on Chapter 7 and am going to stop paying my credit card minimums this month. I'm tapped out. Realistically it will take me several months to come up with the lawyers fee.

When should I expect to be sued? I'm hoping to wait as long as possible because I might lose my townhouse in the bankruptcy. Lawyers I spoke with said it is 50/50 whether or not the trustee will sell it due to the amount of work that needs to be done and some water damage
