Is this a reasonable time to file a dispute?

For context, this is a purchase made on my credit card. I made an online purchase about a week ago and it was a bed comforter, and the product I received was so unbelievably different from what I ordered that I feel like this is a scam. The comforter was the brand Threshold at Target, Queen size, color Camel, and I received a Room Essentials brand (Target’s store brand) full size blue comforter. It was completely advertised as one thing and a whole other item was sent (about a $60-70 difference between these two items at Target’s stores). I would return this item, but by the time I pay to have it shipped back, I’m sure I will be getting back about half the price I paid ($32). By the way, I fully understand I was foolish for buying this because a $108 comforter probably shouldn’t be sold for $32 on the TikTok shop lol. When I messaged the seller about this, it was so clearly a robot assistant or something because my questions were not answered, and you know how you can just tell? So my question is, is this a reasonable time to dispute this transaction with my credit card company? Or should I just take the $32 loss and move on?
