Most annoying fidget?

Sorry for bringing this to the world! My excuse is that it actually evolved from my P1S/X1C handle that I always found myself fiddling with! And I then doubled down on the annoying factor when realised it could be made into prank with a second version that bashes your "friend's" thumb on the way around (the original version protects your thumb).
