Auntie Ethel

So I’m on my third run of the game, first play through didn’t even meet auntie Ethel (typical), second play through, got though her whole lair, then took her bargain to let her live, killed her in act 3. But, now I’ve just killed her in the treehouse when you first enter (because being a paladin is a little over powered), is this going to absolutely destroy her story line?
