Save game account?

Hello i got a baldurs gate “steam account” from allkeyshop (i know its not right but wanted to try if it worked on my rog ally) but the account got community banned on steam, but i wonder if i buy it on my main steam account and login in with my larian account, do they sync save games like steam cloud?
