Error shutting down?

Whenever i try to open bg3 the loading screen isn’t the same as it usually is. i believe it’s the old loading screen before it was officially released.

Whenever i try to start a new game it loads then suddenly it goes back to the main screen and “Error, shutting down” appears.

I have third party mods, but they are all up to date. so i’m not really sure what is causing this problem.

EDIT: i actually fixed it now, so everything should be good now and back to normal!
