Best flour for gluten free cake?
I'm trying to make a cake for a friends birthday but they aren't able to have gluten. I'm not sure what flour would work best for a cake and Google can't seem to decide and there's so many kinds 😅.
What would be the best flour to preserve as much of the taste and texture as I can? I'm already subbing in dairy free milk and Splenda so I'm really trying to minimize screwing up the taste or texture as much as possible 😅.
I was going use a Betty Crocker GF mix until I realized they have sugar so now I'm rushing trying to find a recipe 🫠.
