My first time making biscotti!
I wanted to make some treats to send to my family that would hold up in the mail and last for a couple of weeks, and I thought of biscotti. I’m quite happy with how they came out! I used Sally’s recipe for white chocolate cranberry pistachio biscotti but I left out the pistachios as I didn’t have them on hand and was on a time crunch.
