AT bindings for ski resort

I got myself my first AT setup : atomic backland 107 and marker alpinist 10. I want to use this setup this weekend in a ski resort (not touring) but I’m scare to injure myself because of the bindings release pin proprieties (I’ve heard stories of dislocated knees and stuff🥴) Should I avoid jumping and drops or should I just not risk downhill skiing with them?
