Painful bloody boobs "[ab]"

Hi All,

Could anyone pls tell me if it is normal for your boobs to look like this?

They are so bloody red below the aerola and I see so many red stretch marks that are kind of bumpy.

Until last week I had itchiness and when I asked my obgyn about it she said this is normal without even taking a look at it.
