New Dolphin Owner With Some Questions (UK)

I took delivery of my new Dolphin yesterday and my first impressions are amazing. Such an upgrade and I couldn't be happier.

When I was playing around, I noticed a couple of things that I couldn't find answers to on Google:

1) When in Android Auto, is there a way to drop out but still have it running in the background if I want to adjust the AC for instance? When I tried it stopped playing my YT Music.

2) I'm on v1.0 of the software. I've read here that 1.3 is being "rolled out" but should a newer version be installed on there by default, or was there a leap for us Europeans?

3) Is there a way to have the nice bing-bong indicator noises inside without sounding like an ice cream truck on the outside?

4) Is there a way to remove Spotify and install YT Music natively?
