Is Citi newbie friendly?

I have a bachelor’s degree and want to get some experience in the BPO industry. I wouldn’t say my communication skills are top-notch, especially since I haven’t really used them in a professional setting yet. I saw a lot of job openings at Citi, and since they don’t require experience for degree holders, I’m thinking of applying. What do you guys think?
