Shifting

While I answered yes to the question about being able to work on a shifting schedule during the interview, is it normal for an account to have a shifting sched that's changing every two weeks? Even the time is dynamic every week. There are times when we have to report to the job 6 days a week for transition but it happens like almost every week that it has taken a toll on my health. The account also took so long to release our transportation allowance from our training days and there was once when a Php200 OT per hour offer was cascaded to the prod floor and our team actually took it because it was supposed to be paid but weeks later we were told that it was not true so and it felt unpleasant and unfair.

I'm thinking of resigning already but I need some opinion on this though. I have a total of over 1 year experience, with 3 months in this account. Are there other BPO companies hiring? Or can anyone refer me to their companies preferably Pasay or Makati? Thanks.
