Is there ever going to be a mod adding Whispers subclass for bard or Undying subclass for Warlock and why not?

I've been keeping tracks (thanks to users' comments) but there are only two subclass who never had their subclass ported as mod and was wondering if there ever will be or what is limiting modders from adding that subclass

Does anyone know?
