I spoke to IBRK, FXFLAT and Lang und Schwarz on the phone.

With the current news situation, the share will no longer be admitted to trading in Germany.

A transfer of the shares to IBRK is not possible, I was told in the phone calls.

The terms and conditions confirm this:

How do we Germans get out of this shit now? In which the white knight shows up and offers a stock swap (potentially through a reverse merger)?

If there is such news and BBBYQ goes steeply as a result, we still cannot act.

I ask for thoughts...
