Rainbow/iridescent stain appeared on car — how to proceed?

So I just noticed this today, it had to have appeared in the last few days.

The last 3 pictures were taken after I wiped it down with dish soap and warm water. I scraped at it with my nail and nothing came off so it doesn’t seem to just be sitting on top of the paint. (After wiping it some orange stuff came up on the rag, the stain seems slightly less rainbow-y)

The stain almost looks like it’s leaking from the window (drivers side), but it doesn’t look like there’s anything broken/leaking/holes in that area on either side (nor any similar stains in the area) — and even then I’m not sure what substance would leak and cause that?

I did get my car interior detailed by a mobile detailer, he was really nice but honestly didn’t do a great job, there was a lot of residue/visible spray marks inside of the car from whatever he used—not sure if it could’ve been anything he used while he was working on the window area?
