Sensory friendly perfumes

My fiance planned a big date for us for Valentine's Day and I want to throw a little twist on with my new dress and smell extra nice. Any suggestions for a sensory friendly perfume or body spray? Something that won't be overwhelming/overbearing and definitely not floral. My usual soaps and lotions are unscented or minimal like coconut milk.
