Do schools/future employers actually care where you got your Masters of Teaching from?

Hey guys,

I'm considering studying at UTAS (I live in Hobart) for their Masters of Teaching degree, they're currently offering scholarships to perspective new students too.

I've been teaching private instrumental lesson + teachers aid work in schools for over 10 years and feel it's time to bite the bullet and get it done.

I hear a lot of mixed thing re: UTAS, I have completed a bachelor plus an honurs degree there in 2012 & 2017 so am familiar with it, don't remember any problems or it didn't bother me.

Also the degree is online so I can still work which is great.

Anyone know if once you're out there with your degree if any schools actually care where you got your degree from as I've heard some people say UTAS doesn't hold much weight compared to other institutions in Aus.
