Getting charged for trades lunch breaks

Hey, Just wondering if this is industry standard nowdays? Had some people in to do some gyprocking repair work. Big crew of 7 guys @90$ an hour. Seems like bullshit but wanted to ask ausreno For reference they only take one break per day. 1x30min lunch
