FHB First weekend in new home, buyers regrets gone.
I had so many regrets and "what if?" and "Should I have gone here instead?" or "I should have waited and got closer to work" etc. But after sleeping in a room that's actually dark (legit blackout if I want it), where not a single car is buzzing past or hooning, I'm far enough away from my roommates that I can't hear their games/tv instead of right up against their rooms/loungeroom. Having a kitchen that two people can walk in and bench space and a pantry the fits everything, and multiple bathrooms, and a garage space to store things, I've accepted that I made, maybe not the 'right' but at least 'a right' choice and I'm going to be happy for a long time compared to sad in a crap house, sleeping rough, paying off someone else's mortgage whilst they take the whole of winter to replace the broken heater.
Basically, if you're having regrets like I was, don't get too anxious as they will probably subside once things settle down.
