Stockland, is this a joke?

I mean the image speaks for itself. $600k for a tiny parcel of land on the sunny coast in the new Aura (Sim City) estate, 30 min from the beach, no services other than servo and fast food and an IGA 15 minutes away.

Just looking for someone to back me up in my thinking that this is madness? By the time I build a house I’ll be up for $1.1/1.2m lol
