Car insurance

Hoping this will save a phone call to RACV!

Long story short - was driving my car, windscreen randomly cracked on driver’s side (crack is approximately 50cm in length) have RACV comprehensive car insurance plus windscreen cover. From my interpretation of PDS (images included), it appears that I have to have had an incident meeting certain factors for windscreen cover to be applied, so if anyone has replaced their windscreen recently, how much could I be in for to replace it? Thanks in advance :)
