Driving "hard"

What do you all consider driving your car hard? Frequent launches? Manual shift mode while living in the 4 to 5000 RPM range during long spirited sessions? Frequent red lines? Frequent acceleration at wide open throttle? I think everybody has their own definition but I'm curious if there's a consensus.

**EDIT Thanks for the discussion. Will continue to push my 25 RS5 and enjoy it as it's meant to be. We'll plan on frequent and early maintenance and continuing to use common sense. Drive safe all
