Legendary Parcel or City Badges?

I have 2,700AB atm and idk if I should go with my old plan of getting badges until I get the tier 4 20% boost, or if I should get a legendary parcel. Currently I’m at 150 parcels and I’m wondering which the better investment would be since I’m still mapping out my city badges course.

Which would be the better choice you think?

Update: Thanks for the advice folks, I’m gonna concentrate on city badges. 👍
