Wifi and Bluetooth disappearing randomly

I checked the device manager and found that network adapter drivers are fine except for the Generic Mobile Broadband Adapter. How can I fix this? It comes back sometimes when I restart it but its really annoying as it disappears randomly I have a project to finish that badly needs constant internet.
