NexStar 8SE vs 6SE

Hi! English is not my first language so I apologize for any grammatical mistakes.

I’m planning on buying the Celestron NexStar 8SE, but I see a significant price different between the 6SE and the 8SE. I understand the quality of the images will be better on the 8SE, but is it really that much that the price should go that high?

I plan on doing astrophotography seriously and not really like every few months I pick up the telescope. I plan on doing it almost every day. I just wanted to tell you this because it may impact your “evaluation” of what I should get.
