Anyone noticed how Lotto lucky dips seem to avoid the number 13?

I’ve been buying lucky dips for the main lotto/euromillions for a few years. I always look at the randomly selected numbers and out of hundreds of tickets the number 13 has appeared only once. Is this a coincidence or is there a bias against an “unlucky” number?
