What are some good desk-snacks that aren't sickeningly sugary or starchy?

I work in an office and don't always have time to step away from my desk to get something to eat (excluding to lunchtime, of course) and I like to keep a little stash of snacks to munch on.

Lately I've been getting breakfast bars, like nutrigrains or the yogurt and honey things from Aldi, but I never feel like they hit the spot, and there's so much sugar in them.

Are there any decent snacks that are good to keep in a drawer for a few days, but that aren't 99% sugar and E-numbers?
