Are there any bars and restaurants in San Francisco checking for vaccination status?

I've been eating out a lot and haven't had a single place check or ask if I was vaccinated (I am). I'm honestly not that worried about it but I would like to know if there are any places actually checking or banning unvaccinated people here in SF.
