Queer hair salons in SF

EDIT: People are saying $75 before tip is unrealistic. So maybe your best recommendation for $150 before tip?

Looking for recommendations for salons in SF that can do a great job cutting my friend's hair when they are in town. Looking for a salon that's great at doing a good queer hairstyle (I realize that's vague but I'm not sure how to put it better) that is good with curly hair and is in the $40-75 range before tip. They'll be traveling on BART and so proximity to a BART stations is important.
