How can I make programming useful in everyday life to pick it up as a hobby?
Hey, I have had some phases where I get obsessed with wanting to learn Python. I am interested in the mental exercise of solving problems. But every time I start learning, I lose all motivation when I realize that I will never have any use of programming in my life.
Could you give me examples of projects that you enjoyed doing and that was or is still to this day something you can actually use in your daily life?
I keep on searching for that but everything I stumble upon seems to be things like: Automatically clean up your desktop, send automated emails, create a rock paper scissors game etc...
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
Thanks!
