What are your views on Eric Weinstein?

I was seeing the video of Professor Dave Explains (which I’m on full support on his views on Terence Howard) about the recent Piers Morgan podcast. He seemed to go with a full rant about Weinstein and I do see his point and I’m on Dave side. However this brought me to the following question, is Eric even a reliable “scientist” to follow for ANY scientific problem?
